Physical Merch TOS
1.) *Product Availability: We make every effort to keep our inventory updated; however, due to the nature of our business, certain items may be out of stock or unavailable. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. - This may apply most towards our 3D Printed stock. If you manage to purchase something that is out of stock we will either full refund or find you a different product.2.) Pricing: All prices listed are in USD and may be subject to change without notice. Prices exclude shipping, and handling fees.3.) Custom Orders: If applicable, for custom-designed products (e.g., made-to-order cosplay or furry merchandise), we will provide an *estimated *delivery time and pricing before proceeding with the order. Custom items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged DURING TRANSIT.4.)Payment Methods: We accept Paypal, (preferred) Cashapp, and Venmo. Payments must be completed before the order is processed and shipped. We can do payment plans dependent on what you are ordering. Product will NOT be shipped until completely paid.5.) Processing Time: Due to the fact we are very versatile in our product, processing times vary heavily. Example: our 3D prints may not take as long as a custom fursuit head. Please ask prior to ordering for TAT or if you need something by a certain deadline.6.) Shipping: We offer shipping worldwide! Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. We ship from the US so keep this in mind when ordering- shipping out of country may cost more. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination.7.) Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. We will always ship with a carrier that has tracking.8.) Returns: Our products are carefully inspected before shipping. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange a return or exchange. We may require you to provide proof of damage, such as photos.9.) Non-Refundable Items: Due to the custom nature of some of our merchandise (e.g., personalized cosplay costumes), these items are non-refundable unless defective. Please review all details and sizing before completing your order. If the measurements taken by you are incorrect we will NOT be held liable.10.) Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.11.) Copyright and Trademarks: All content on our website, including images, logos, product descriptions, and designs, is the property of "BocaBeans" or our respective partners and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.12.)
