Custom Physical Commission TOSBy Commissioning BocaBeansLLC, You agree to the following terms:1.) Quotes & Payments:
-All Commissions are priced individually based on complexity.
-A Quote will be provided before any work begins
-Payment must be made in full OR Via agreed payment plans
-Work will not begin until over half is paid
-Item will not be shipped until paid in full.2.) Payment Plans
-Payment plans are available upon request.
-Failure to complete payments may result in cancelation without refund of work already completed.3.) Turnaround Time (TAT)
-TAT Varies depending on project type
-Estimates are not Guarantees, but attempted to get as close as possible
-Rush orders may be available for an additional fee4.) Work In Progress (WIPs)
-Clients can ask for WIP updates at any point
-Minor Adjustments are allowed during WIP stages
-Major changes after approval may required additional fees5.) Client Responsibilities
-You must provide accurate references, Measurements, and Details
-BocaBeansLLC is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by a client6.) Refunds & Cancellations
-Deposits and Completed work are non-refundable

1.) I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason
2.) All sales are final. Refunds are not offered. However, you may contact me to discuss circumstances.
3.) If I cancel your commission, you will receive a full refund. This is the only situation where a full refund is guaranteed
